Consumer healthcare is an industry in which the use of data and analytics has a fundamental impact on strategy. At GlaxoSmithKline, the strategy team sees the customers as the one constant in their dynamic industry, and plan strategies focussed on them. The company also has one of the biggest footprints in emerging markets, and its strategy caters for this as a priority. We sat down with GSK's Global Head of Strategy, James Cataldi, to talk all things strategy at such a large multinational.
