Mounir Zok joined the United States Olympic Committee as a Senior Sports Technologist in 2012. In his current role, he leads US Olympic & Paralympic coaches and athletes to make informed decisions through the use of technology. He cultivates business relationships and turns those into long-term strategic partnerships and brings together the technology industry with the Olympic & Paralympic sports to develop innovative technological solutions to enhance the performance of Team USA. With over 15 years of experience in sports and healthcare technology, Zok is a strong advocate for Wearable Technology and Human Centered Design, and was voted as one of the Top 20 Wearable Tech influencers in the world in 2014. He holds a PhD in Bioengineering and currently lives in Colorado Springs with his wife and 2 kids.
